A queue system for tyre changes and the garage

When the winter tyres go on, cars queue round the block. With Qjume the customer joins from the car or from home and only drives in when there is room on the lift.

What changes

• No queue of cars in the yard or on the road during tyre season.
• Each lift is a till, so the wait matches how many are working right now.
• The customer can wait at a café or at home and is told before it is time.

How to set it up

Create a "walk-in tyre change" queue and put the QR code at the entrance. When the day’s capacity is reached, set the queue to "Closing soon" so nobody joins one you can’t get through — those waiting are still served.
